FAIR TO MIDLAND: Artist of the Month

Well, September 2014 is coming to a close and Replicant Ears Magazine celebrates being in business for a third of a year! That’s four months worth of reporting on foward-thinking awesomeness that you, the readers, have helped make possible! As most of you know, on the last publication day of every month, Replicant Ears issues a wrap-up article which runs through everything that was published that month, declares the Artist of the Month (which is selected based on site statistics), a song (via YouTube or other means) from said artist, and perhaps other surprises as the publication grows.

This month has proved to be a very busy month for new music, and we ended it all with a flashback to Fair To Midland, a band quite possibly on permanent hiatus. The article was so popular, the band made Artist of the Month, proving that they still have a massive and loving following! How about patching things up, gents? Worth a shot… While our Editor-in-Chief, Ryan Smith, has taken a couple of weeks off, Replicant Ears will return next week to bring the publication into October. Once there, we will bring you reviews on 3 new full-length albums, some great new single releases, and some more of the features you’ve come to love (the flashbacks, Back in 5, and the ever-popular top five!). There might even be a Halloween surprise in store for you as well!
